- Additional fee for Vepo as required by Manhasset-Lakeville Water District or BSI as required by Garden City Water Department
- 2 Service Request visits during the season
- 10% off ALL repairs excluding new irrigation installations and renovations
- 5% off Landscape lighting renovations and installations and trenching
- ALL repairs are not included and are an additional investment (10% discount to be applied)
